Richard Bradley founded YourLink in 1995 and located it at 275 Magnolia Avenue on Merritt Island where it remains today. The impetus for starting YourLink was the poor service Richard and his friends were receiving from large national and regional Internet providers. Richard’s goal to provide a more reliable and friendly service to his friends and neighbors.

When a customer signs up as a member of YourLink a technician not a CD is delivered to a customer’s residence or business. As a result the folks using the service are treated to a home grown style of customer service. This explains the fierce loyalty YourLink enjoys from its subscribers.

In a world where it’s hard to find a restaurant that isn’t a chain or doctor that makes house calls, YourLink has been doing Internet Tune-ups at its customer’s residences for FREE!
